Our quotation are always based on FOB Shen Zhen/Hong Kong or EX-Factory (follow our contract when you place order).

The shipping charge depends on weight of the package and destination.

We will choose the safest and most powerful shipping agent for you. If the goods, for some reason, are kept by Chinese customs, we will 100% get them back and resend to you. If by the destination customs, we cant control. We don't dare promises to get them back determinately, but 80% we can. If you want to save some money and use other cheapper shipping agent or your appointed agent, we won’t take any responsibility for the goods via transportation.
